Adequate wifi access was appreciated .

We booked two separate beds but ended up with a mattress that barely fit them. The shower was cold, and the lock on the bathroom door didn't work, leaving us feeling utterly frustrated. To top it off, one of the lamps in the room stopped working halfway through our two-night stay, beyond unacceptable.

The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean, nestled in a very very good building with particularly nice view over the botanic garden. The breakfast is lovely with a good choice of dishes.

My honest journey to loving (or hating) this

The location is perfect! Just a 15-minute walk to the city center with easy tram access, and the staff was very friendly!

The room was quite small, and noise from the street made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The room was neat with a large bed and a shower, a hairdryer and fresh towels in the bathroom.

The room was spacious and really comfy, a plus when ur out walking all day. The staff were super nice and even helped me a lot during my trip. The location was good, kinda quiet but close to the metro so getting around was easy. One thing i loved is that we mostly walked to the city center, nice!

unfortunately, there weren't many extras in the room besides basic stuff, and the breakfast option seemed too pricey for what it offered.

Decent location near the botanical gardens. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed could use better support, uncomfortably hard. Room had good water pressure in the shower but noisy from the street outside. A convenient place for a quick stay.

The room was mostly clean and had a cozy bed, great for catching some sleep. The shower was clean, and once I figured it out, the pressure was solid. One downside was some fluff I found under the desk when I moved the mini fridge, and there was a noisy refrigerator that bothered my sleep. The design had those cute retro vibes that added charm.

The hotel is in a fantastic location next to the botanic gardens, which offers a serene start to the day. Restaurants like 'Les Dames Tartine' are within walking distance, providing excellent dining options.

I had a refreshing stay in Brussels! The water pressure in the shower impressed me, allowing for an invigorating experience, while the complimentary mini fridge water felt thoughtful. A few design quirks in the building meant some noise crept in, but it didn't overshadow the enjoyable atmosphere.
